Work that is created by me, SKYBITES, for a customer may not:
-be used for commercial purposes(1)
-be used for NFT's
-be edited, traced, altered, or claimed to be made by anyone other than meIf you need a small change to be made, ask and I will do so at no extra cost. It is up to the customer to provide me with a clear reference. Any art made for the customer will not be used by me in any way for profit, only to promote myself for future commissions(2).BARE IN MIND I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY COMMISSION REQUEST, AND NEED NOT PROVIDE REASONING
(1) If you would like to commission work for commercial use, you must let me know as there are additional fees. Being caught using personal art for commercial use will result in a blacklisting, as well as contacting whoever your provider is to delete the product.(2) I usually like to post whatever commissions I complete to my social media, or upload them as examples for my portfolio. If you do not want your commission posted publicly, please let me know beforehand.

Payment will almost always be sent through CashApp or Venmo1, and must be paid in full within 48 hours unless discussed otherwise.If there is ever a point where I am going into a commission unsure, I will allow you to pay after the sketch.-The currency I use is USD

-I do not perform refunds unless I am unable to finish your commission1) I am able to take PayPal, however that is an option reserved for my international friends, or special cases in which that is all that is available for the customer. Please discuss with me if you fall under the latter.
